One last thing that might be causing you problems. Make sure the TCIP
setting are correct for your ISP. Some ISPs require that specific DNS
settings are entered, others do not and will run very slow if you have the
incorrect DNS settings entered. (Look in properties/TCIP under you specific
dial up connection. You ISP can provide the correct settings).
