Bob and Jim: I regularly mass produce tapes of high school sports events (
with 3 boys in sports, I tape everything) and even a few copies of my
garden tapes.
I would be happy to copy some for the East Coast contingent.
I have two old VCR set up back to back and we just keep popping in the
master, and a blank and 90 minutes later, a new copy. Slow, inefficient,
but easy like reading on the Internet!
The only critical issue is the quality of the master. If you make copy of
copy of copy, the tracking mechanisms get lost and the results can be fuzzy
lined tapes.

Hi Jim
I went out about 2 months ago and bought another vcr so I could
copy
some tapes. I put one under the tv in the basement and the other on
top
of the tv and that is as far as I got. If someone could walk me
through
how to hook them up I could make X amount of copies for everyone to share.
