SEEDLINGS

My son works in a greenhouse and has planted some seeds for me this year. He 
tells me that they have come up like gang-busters, but now appear to be just 
sitting there. He was wondering if he should be using some kind of fertilizer 
on them or if there was something else he should be doing. Any input would be 
appreciated.
