Here is a link that has home tissue culture kits. If you have it use a
4 X browser because some of it doesn't come through with Netscape 3.04

I found a video in a little bookstore in Australia about a year ago but
it like everything else is in metrics which I am really shaky in. I
think Leyden is the name of the woman who wrote a beginners book on it
that everyone uses, it is sold I think by the company who sells books in
the northwest that I can't remember right now either. I can explain how
to do it to you somewhat but I am sure not as well as almost everyone
else on the list.
