critters on my seedlings

Hi,
I have discovered critters on some of my seedlings. I believe they are
aphids. Seedlings are about 2 1/2 months old, and were transplanted from
original flat about two weeks ago. Any suggestions as to a course of action.
Should I treat? How? Any suggestions appreciated.
