Soil will have to be treated in order to get rid of flying ones once eggs
are deposited. IMO, millions of eggs must be laid. In the past, even with
treatment for flying knats, they just keep coming but eventually the numbers
are diminshed. I have not had any for the past two years. Soil is the
beginning and the answer.
