Hi Rick. Sounds as if you want all of your problems solved. We would all
just love that but I believe that all of that information could be supplied,
it would not necessarily be true for you or me. Your location, soil,
temperature and moisture feeding etc would all influence the out come.

Here are a couple of questions for the Hosta Journal that I would have
appreciated way back when I got into hostas.
1. I would like to see great pictures and brief descriptions of the
20 most popular hostas of that year.
2. I would like to have seen great photos and brief descriptions of
the 20 est hostas to include (a little license with grammar rules
here!):
largest
smallest
bluest
blackest
whitest
yellowest
redest
streakiest
best speckled
best flower
best roundest
waviest
pebbliest
bizarrest form
best in sun
best in deep shade
best with tree roots
best with soggy ground
best with slugs
best fragrance
best season ender (nicest in October) I am running out of ests, but
there are probably good ones I left off!
