Iron Chef

So, it's raining and I'm watching the Iron Chef on the Food Channel. He
is preparing Sweetfish (a small river trout that is a summer delicacy in
Japan). They are garnished with HOSTA--a dark green, slender
blade-shaped leaf with a clean white edge. Looks very good, but the chef
includes the fish-guts (for "a certain subtle bitterness!).
