RE: blister beetle


Hi Diane,

Thanks for the link to the blister beetle photos. I have only seen the
margined blister beetle in my area. I will look closer for the all black
variety, I may have been over looking them. The name blister beetle come
from the fact that if they are crushed an acid in the beetle causes blisters
on humans.
