Egads!

I can't imagine sacraficing a hosta leaf 
in place of a lettuce leaf!  Where's the
humainity!

I suppose it would kinda be like using the
good china instead of the paper plates though.
You must really want to make an impression.

Barbara, that is a wonderful idea.  In MN last summer the entree at the 
banquet was served on a hosta leaf.  Everyone at my table had a
different 
type of hosta leaf.  It was a big hit.
