My messages...how do they look

Hello everyone,
It was brought to my attention today, by another member of this list, that when I post a message, they receive it with a lot of encoded (?) stuff thrown in.  Is everyone reading them this way?  Is it something I am doing?  When the message is sent to me, I don't see anything wrong!  What can I do to fix this?
