Mike,
Here is the information I have on H. 'Seventh Heaven' from various
catalogs, etc.:
Hosta Seventh Heaven'
(Kulpa 94)
Origin: Hybrid of H. Kevin Vaughn x H. plantaginea
12" tall, 24" wide. Flower scapes 20" tall.
Medium to dark green with white streaking throughout.
Gorgeously streaked foliage, fragrant white flowers.
If you like streaked hostas, here is one you will REALLY like!

Takes the best qualities of both parents. John Kulpa considers this
one to be at the top of his breeding program. Medium to dark green
leaves with white streaking and some white edging; good substance;
broadly ovate with a cordate base. Flowers are very fragrant and fertile.

I got it from Schmid's Nursery last month and it is growing like
gangbusters. The plant I received has two good size divisions and
one very small one. It won't bloom this year for me, maybe next year.
It should produce streaked and FRAGRANT seedlings. I'm not aware
of any of its seedling being registered or introduced yet, only the
stable, white margined form, H. 'Diana Remembered'.
I'd also like to hear of anyone's experience with this plant or any other
breeder hostas. I will provide updates of my own as the results come in....

Does anyone know if SEVENTH HEAVEN used as a pod parent will give streaked
offspring?
If yes, has anyone used this hosta in their breeding program?
Would you be willing to discuss the results?
