Joanne,
'Snow Cap' is one of my fovorite plants, I have maybe 20 - 25 plants. All of
which are different in size, 4 years to 6 years old. I have noticed over
the years that often many years all the flowers do open at the same time but
not always. I believe all the flowers opening at the same time and low count
of flowers is based on age, soil, growing conditions, water, fertilizer, etc..
Several of my 'Snow Cap' plants have more than 15 - 20 flowers per scape.
How old is your plant?
