Subject: tags for crosses

I do 30 or so crosses each day in half an hour. I find the tags that have
to be tied on too cumbersome. I use small strips of selfadhesive labels ,
written on with a waterresistent black feltpen I find these much more
convenient.

Ben,

Thanks for the practical demonstration last weekend in Holland. I am trying
your method and will let you know
how I get on.

For the benefit of all, can you please re-state how long the pods should be
left to ripen on the scapes before it is safe to take them off

I forgot to take a note

Ian
