Spinning off a thread of what we learned.
The chain discussing french cut on the roots. As some may remember I had a
tough year with voles last year. This summer, there must have been a trace
of root left on two of my plants because this year there are tiny hostas
where they'd been. It does renew your joy when something positive comes up
like that.
