I too received some plants from her a couple years back.
I received Northern Mist, Galaxy and Richland Gold Splash.
I am content, at best, with Northern Mist.
Galaxy came in with only a streak or two on the leaves. It has however,
taken of and is doing very well.
Richland Gold Splash.... I have no idea what to
think of this plant. When I received my first
shipment of it from her it came in LABLED as Gold
Standard.... I wrote her back and she apologized
for the mistake and sent me two divisions of a
plant labled as Richland Gold Splash. I can't
tell the difference. At this point in time all
I see is more 'unusual' varigation on the RGS as
compared to GS. Wider margins here and there, a
more than occasional rogue green streak through
some of the leaves, nothing substantially diff
than typical GS.
I believe Jim S. has RGS for sale. I'd have to
say I trust him and his plants more so that this
other person. Jim what is RGS supposed to look like??

This is the part that irks me. I have quite a few people come
from all
directions around here to buy streaked plants and I sold a couple of
divisions of her "Dorothy Benedict" to them before the plants bloomed
and I realized they were all different. I don't keep track of who buys
what but I still feel guilty about it. Plus no one really knows what the
right plant is anymore it seems. I am sure Paula's mother didn't intend
this to happen to her introductions.
