It would be nice if there was a way to find out who the high use users are. They could then be targeted to receive the first CD's and this would bring the usage down the fastest with the least amount of CD's having to be burned.
 
I volunteer to burn 20 to help out.

Well, it looks like they reinstated us for now at least. We can either
try to hold it down some using the site or I can make a cd and send it
out. If we go over the limits again they start making a very stiff
charge, something like $10-20 per gig per month over the limit. It
wouldn't take long to burn up some money this way.
