Get three quotes and get the new tree planted this fall. Pay for it yourself if you have to....and go before the insurance commissioner if you have to get your money. If you do go that far......three quotes are required in Delaware...elsewhere? I don't know. Get three quotes for the removal cost too. If you remove it yourself don't expect compensation for the removal part.
