MRHS Convention: There are still rooms available. Other info.

Despite rumors to the contrary, there are still rooms available at the
convention hotel, Holiday Inn City Centre, 500 Hamilton Blvd., Peoria, IL.

The confusion was in that there were no more rooms in the original "block" of
rooms reserved for the convention. There are plenty of rooms available.

To register for the convention ($95 for full registration), contact Kay
Harrison 6202 North Suffolk Drive, Peoria, IL 61615. Thursday, July 5 -
Sunday July 8. As always, the banquet will be Saturday night, with optional
gardens on Sunday.

There will be Vendor Sales and an Auction (Silent Auction Friday night, Main
Auction Saturday). If you want to attend, please contact Kay right away, as
we need to firm up the bus requirements quickly.

If you are attending, please donate plants for the auction. Your
contributions support scientific research and other worthwhile projects.
