Ann
Hi Hank: Here is a bit of info, I'm not sure it
relates to our climate, I've heard English soil and moisture seem to grow
everything well.
H.'Barbara Ann':
From England: It was introduced by Park Green
Nurseries and this is what they have to say about it: "Discovered at Munton's
Microplants of Stowmarket, Suffolk, in a batch of tissue cultured H.
sieboldiana 'Elegans' by two technicians, Barbara and Ann. It has been under
trial at Park Green Nurseries over the past two seasons and has been found to
grow well in the garden and in containers. The leaves are a lovely
greyish-blue green with broad cream borders, and the flowers are just
off-white"

Hi--If anyone is growing Barbara Ann, would you please
give me any information you have about growth habits, size, etc? Any
comments would be appreciated.
