I dont want to go all over it again but a sport or budvariation is a
shoot deviating from the mother plant IRRESPECTIVE OF THE
CAUSE THe most rare cause is a mutation More common causes
are chimeral rearrangements and mitotic recombination. A
mutation is a permanent change in DNA. So most
sports are not mutations!
