reverted Regal Splendor?

I was working at a local nursery in their hosta section and found two pots of
Regal Splendor that had lost their margin and are now all bluish-green. I
don't know if they came to the nursery this way or not. They have been
upstaged once. Can they sell them as Krossa Regal now? To my eye, that's
what they now look like, in color and habit.
