Thanks Joanne, for taking time to "splain" some of the more techie stuff -
which I did not understand at all - but now at least me thinks I have some
basic understanding. At any rate, I spent a couple hours this afternoon roto
tilling some additional space in the wooded area of my back yard for
additional hostas. I have not told my wife about it yet and expect some
backlash from her. I have 4 other gardens which I never seem to have enough
time to devote to, and now I've gone and enlarged my hosta bed. Well, only a
little for now. I have about a quarter acre of oak woods and the high canopy
provided by the oaks is perfect for hostas.
