Mini/small blues

On a recent visit to the Trompenburg Arboretum in Rotterdam, Holland, I saw a
small blue hosta labelled as 'Moody Blue'. It was similar in size and form to
'Blue Ice', perhaps a little bigger.
Anyone heard of H.'Moody Blue' before?
