In my garden (maybe not in anybody else's) H. Olive Bailey Langdon is a good
Frances Williams Sub. Not quite the quilting (rugosity), but close. A blue
that is a knockout this year (and others, too) is H. Blue Heron.
Kay Dye, Edelstein, Il Zone 5, but always pushing 6
