Yes H. Citation is for real. Paul Aden registered it in 1980. It is a slow
grower for me, but it is worth it. At the moment it is kind of a chartreuse
and some gold with very wide creamy white margins. In early spring it is
really beautiful, kind of a blue-green with very dark cream margins. It
grows low to the ground in a perfect pinwheel shape.
