Hi, Claire. I'm buying mine for fall planting; that is, if I get my
catalogue. Last I heard, it was still at the printer. Your friend is the
first I know to get one. I have had more luck with planting in the fall;
the plants seem to be more vigorous in the second season than
summer-planted hostas. Does that match anyone else's experience?
