I'll second the packing slips Glen.  If the order contains substitutions
it can be difficult to know if you've gotten all you were supposed to
without one.  And in that case checking the copy of 
the order I kept doesn't help.  I've found that nursery's that are
on-line are usually wonderful about replying to e-mail questions.
