Acer platanoides 'Emerald Queen'

We just moved . In the patio bed was a newly planted Norway Maple 'Emerald Queen'. The patio is small. I have to either move the subject tree or somehow get rid of it.
Is this one that should be kept? Anyone have some comments about this maple?
