Collected my copy of 'Hostas - The complete guide' by Rosemary Barrett today
and it is well worth a glance. A comprehensive book for both the beginner
and experienced gardener. The photography is very good and mouthwatering
with the companion plants. No doubt the purist will try and find fault, but
it further encouraged me to grow this fabulous plant. The other side of the
pond will be pleased to know that 'colour' is spelt in the colonial version
'color' :-))
Interestingly Mark Zilis is not mentioned, nor Mary Chastain
