Hi Barbara
	I looked it up and Jdbgmgr.exe has something to do with the java
virtual machine. JVM is a program that allows java to be platform
independent, it runs java instead of the operating system. Microsoft and
Sun fight over this all the time and I don't think Windows supports java
anymore or at least the sun version of it.
