Subject shrub not listed in Dirr's picture encyclopaedia of hardy trees and shrubs nor in AHS Encyclopaedia. In RHS Index of Garden Plants ( M. Griffiths) it is listed at z6.
Saw one for sale today . Tag said hardy to -30 F. =(z5, no?)
I am in zone 5 b or 5a depending on whose chart one sees.
Any comments on this plant would be appreciated--hardiness, need for H2O, problems, etc. The variegated foliage is quite nice, methinks.
Thanx!
