Brunnera

I think that B. macrophylla 'Jack Frost' came out 3 years ago....maybe 4. I
liked it a lot ( as well as others in the family) as a companion plant.
There is always the straggler who wants to know where I got the amazing
hosta. I use bricks to surround many of my beds and washed stone for the
paths. For two years now there have been batches of 'Jack Frost' (coming
true) between the bricks and in the stones. I transplanted a dozen of the
small plants last year thinking that it would kill them. Not true. They are
very vigorous. I have rarely had a $15.00 plant seed down so promiscuously.
I am not sure that I am not seeing 2 year old seedlings when I finally
notice them, but in any event I hope some of you are having the same
experience. No effort and a great reward....my kind of gardening.
