Apparently we hit our hotel sleeping room ceiling for Tuesday and Wednesday
nights. The reservations staff were supposed to contact me if that happened
and they did not.
If you, or anyone else you know wanted a room for Tuesday or Wednesday and
were told that there were none, or were told they had to pay more on either
of those nights they can call the hotel and add the nights to their stay at
the special rate for Potomac Hosta. If anyone has any problem please email
me and I will help out with the hotel.
I look forward to seeing all of you that are coming.
