Dear Hosta Fans,
I spent yesterday watching the Breeders Cup. Seems I have an obsession
with four legged animals that rivals my obsession with hostas.
But here is what I was thinking. Why not have a Breeders Cup for
hybridizes? Say everyone who is an AHS member gets one vote. Increase the
yearly dues by $2.00 with all the additional revenues being awarded on a
70-20-10 percent basis to the top three breeders who receive the most
votes.
Surely this might give a little more economic incentive to promote the
breed.
