The consumer in this country wants the best deal they can get, and any 
product that is cheeper will out sell the competition. 

Quality is a secondary factor.  For those that are rich and price makes 
little difference, prestige seems to be more important than any thing else.

Unions have had there place, but like all human institutions they are a 
mixture of good and evil.
