Kris, a beginning Kindergarten teacher makes about twenty-five and one with
advanced degrees will make more. A Ph.D. teaching KDG will make considerable
money and will probably work much harder then one teaching at the college
level, but that is the choice they have. We have Ph.D. teaching all over our
school district. Teaching Kindergarten is a very hard job, and not a real
popular one.
