I have a grandson in FL and given the state of the world I am concerned. I
am greatly offended by the throwing out of the military ballots as I also
have been told that overseas mail does not get postmarked. Andrew, how long
does it take the mail to get here? I doubt the military knew anything about
what was going on and would not have time to get in another ballot.
