Hosta 'Arten'?

I suppose this falls into the old Sidney Harris category of "Things I
discovered while looking up something else:" While I was trying to find out
more about Hosta "Askarben," I came across a picture of Hosta "Arten."
I would like to buy that, but I can't seem to find on the Internet anything in
English about it. Is Arten even in commerce in the U.S.?
