I would recommend the Schmid. It has all the info on phylla, etc.
Also, the one by Sandra Bond, who is probably the world's most knowledgeable
person in re the genus.
Actually, there is a third publication, not in book form but rather a
periodical publication by Diana Grenfell that was published many years ago. It
is excellent.
