Frosted Jade

Hi folks,
The past couple months I've noticed that my Frosted Jade isn't very nice
looking. The white margins are mostly cupped downward and split or kind of
crispy. Is this common with this plant? Either I haven't paid it much
attention before or it's just been a tough summer for it. I've had the plant
since 1998.
What do others think of this plant?
