non-toxic slug bait...

Has anyone had success with the new non-toxic slug baits made with iron-phosphate?  I believe some of the brands are Sluggo and WorryFree.  Iron phosphate is used regularly in most baked goods, we eat it every day.  The baits are supposed to be safe for people and pets, just wondering if they actually work well in getting the slugs?
