Clyde and all,

I think your suggestion of hostas for Alex on the 30th anniversary of the
AHS would really go over well. One thing we could be sure of, it's a gift he
would use.

Alex's interest in hostas is as great as it ever was.

Maybe a large wooden mallet for Gene would be nice too.

Alex and Gene will be at the Hosta in Focus meeting in November.

I will be glad to help in any way I can.
