I, too, have experienced this with one of my Great Expectatons but the second
eye is still growing great guns. I have hosta still throwing out bloom scapes
that have bloomed twice already. Maybe a poll should be taken on all the
unusual things that have happened this year. It would be interesting in to
see just how many strange things our hosta have done.
