Re: Proxy Voting


Sorry about the dumb questions, but remember, I can't find my only copy of
the journal! What are the terms of office for a) the governing board and b)
the society officers?  When do new officers assume their post (e.g., the
June following the annual meeting, immediately, some specific date, etc)?
