Re: Proxy Voting vs mail ballots


I am in agreement with the following message.  Proxy voting should be left
to large publicly held companies, not the AHS.

I also believe that policy should be made far enough in advance that the
society is notified of voting on new policy issues.  There are always
questions that come to mind after the fact.  Only time enough to ponder
those issues to be changed can bring about  questions that may need to be
addressed before voting.
