[IGS] membership problem

Greetings:

I've attempted to contact IGS through its web site concerning my membership
dues. This is not the first time it has happened.

Five weeks ago I snailmailed membership dues. I have not heard anything from
IGS. I understand the magazine comes out in September and I'd sure like to
get it.

Is there anyone I can contact? I attempted to get Cy, the corresponding
secretary, but could not get through. Tried four times, using his address on
the IGS web site.
