As a suggestion, why doesn't the board consider the use of Paypal which only
requires both parties to a transaction (apart from a credit card)to have an
email address. Its pretty simple and secure and works well.
Here in Australia, the bank charges are allmost greater than the payment
required and with our falling dollar, the cost of membership over the last
couple of years has nearly trippled.
