[IGS] late season

To Southern Cal growers
Is this an unusually late or long season in SoCal? I do not seem to
remember zonals or ivy-leaved types still in full flower in July in normal
years. Maybe I have just noticed them better. I think it is later because
the Spring was longer, wetter and cooler. I am, of course, referring to
plants in the ground that rely only on nature for water. Any comments?
