I don't live in southern California and decided to go to the IGS annual meeting instead of the shows and sales down there.  The annual meeting is June 19 and Faye Brawner will be the speaker.  There will also be a plant sale.  If you wanted to fly out for that, I think they could make an exception for the June 1 deadline if you decided quickly!

Here (directly east of San Francisco), the two clubs to which I belong, Carmichael and Sacramento, both had shows and sales in May.  They were very nice, and very different from each other.

Really looking forward to your list of plants and ratings!  We now have an evaporative cooler on the greenhouse with a thermostat which really helps.  The seeds from Australia were started on May 9 and are potted on to 2 inch pots.  It is such fun to see them develop and to see the differences at such small stages.  With regard to plants, I need to make a new listing, but probably will not have time for such until August.
